$100k Barber:Retention Mastery

Great fades get attention.
But what keeps clients coming back?

Your skills bring clients through the door. Their experience gives them a reason to return. Explore the mindset, service, and business habits that support repeat clients and a stronger barber business.

Build beyond the fade

Give clients more reasons to return.

A great service is part of the picture. This class looks at five connected areas that influence how you work, how clients experience your service, and how you run your business.

01 / SELF-IMAGE

How do you see yourself?

Explore how your self-image influences the way you show up as a professional.

02 / ENVIRONMENT

What surrounds you matters.

Look at how your environment supports—or gets in the way of—the professional you want to be.

03 / TIME MANAGEMENT

Take charge of your day.

Think more intentionally about your time, priorities, and daily work habits.

04 / RAPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Make the connection count.

Explore what customer service means in the barber chair and how rapport shapes the client experience.

05 / MONEY & BUSINESS STRUCTURE

Are you positioned to make money?

Consider how your business is structured and whether it supports your financial goals.

For barber professionals

You bring the skill.
Build what comes next.

Whether you work behind the chair, rent a space, or run a barbershop, this class invites you to step back, examine your habits, and think about your next move. Everyone is welcome—you do not need a license to attend.

  • Strengthen your professional mindset.
  • Revisit the experience you create for clients.
  • Look at the business behind your services.
